Bosc was founded by two couples who have moved to live in the Dales after lives spent in many locations doing wildly different things. Their individual talents have been brought together to create not just the food with Jules as the cook but also the building which was renovated largely by Jules and David themselves and its interior, which was designed and furnished by Jonathan and Graeme.
